Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data 29th collects when you use 29th.ch, why, and how long it is kept. Written in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since September 2023) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors based in the European Economic Area.

What we collect
When you submit the project form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, company (optional), budget range (optional) and the project description you write. We do not use tracking cookies. No account creation is possible on this site.
Why we collect it
Sole purpose: to reply to your brief and, if we start working together, to communicate throughout the project. We do not send newsletters or marketing sequences, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the pre-contractual measures you initiate by submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6.1.b / nFADP Art. 31.2.a) and on our legitimate interest in responding to prospects (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).
Processors
Email delivery is handled by Resend Inc. (United States). Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (United States). Both companies are bound by their own privacy commitments and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU / Switzerland.
Retention
Project briefs that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 12 months. Briefs that turn into active projects are kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years after its end for legal / accounting reasons.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing at any time. Write to contact@29th.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local EU supervisory authority.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Access to the mailbox that receives briefs is restricted to 29th. No payment data is ever collected on this site.
